Refund will be made by means of credit and only valid for 14 days. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGE MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 10 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA)/ 3 WORKING DAYS FOR PHYSICAL STORE OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE. Returns can only made one time per order.
